Depending on what you’re after, we have a bustling bar with a juke box and flat screen TV for some sport.

A quieter lounge bar, with benches for a relaxed atmosphere and a wood burning fire for cosy winter days and evenings. (We are also very pet friendly, we have doggie items on our menu, plus the staff keep dog treats behind the bar for our furry friends!)

You can join us for a hearty home cooked meal in our conservatory restaurant or if you prefer in the bars with a variety of pub favourites from local produce.

A great location whether you’re here for leisure or for business.

To visit Ely Cathedral, the Colleges of Cambridge, a punting trip or even a fishing on the river – we’re just 10 minutes from Ely and 25 minutes to Cambridge – with a regular bus route to both stopping right outside.

We’re only 30 minutes from Newmarket, so simple to stay to attend the horse racing too. Breakfast is available to B&B guests at £6.95 per person.

Finally we are also only 45 minutes to Stansted airport.
